The 2026 Startup Battlefield 200 has officially arrived. Organizers selected 200 early-stage startups from thousands of applications spanning every industry, geography, and development stage. The full list represents the companies and founders that stood out for their technology, market potential, and ambition, and each one has earned a place at one of the biggest startup events of the year.
These 200 companies will exhibit at Disrupt 2026, which takes place October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. During the event, attendees will see live product demonstrations, watch startup founders pitch in front of top global investors, and meet the teams building some of the most promising new companies in the world. The competition also comes with a major prize: the chance to win $100,000, equity-free, and the iconic Disrupt Cup.
The selected startups cut across virtually every major category, from AI and enterprise technology to agriculture, biotech, cybersecurity, energy, fintech, health, logistics, manufacturing, real estate, space, and defense. The group also includes companies focused on consumer products, education, entertainment, government technology, human resources, marketing, social impact, and infrastructure. Together, the 2026 list provides a snapshot of where startup innovation is heading over the next several years.
This year’s program is supported by premier sponsors Google for Startups and SAP, with a focus on helping early-stage businesses build, scale, and succeed. Organizers thanked both sponsors for supporting the global startup ecosystem and helping the next generation of founders get in front of the right people.
Only at Disrupt can visitors watch never-before-seen tech demos, see Battlefield companies pitch in front of top investors, and cheer them on as they compete for the grand prize. The top 20 finalists from the Startup Battlefield 200 will be revealed live on Day 1 of the event, October 13, making the opening sessions especially important for investors, media, and tech enthusiasts.
Startup Battlefield has a strong track record of alumni success. Companies selected in past years have gone on to build some of the most influential technology businesses of their generation, including Dropbox, Cloudflare, and Discord. The broader alumni network has raised more than $32 billion and generated over 250 exits, giving investors a clear reason to pay close attention to the 2026 cohort.

Startup founders who see their company on the list should watch their inbox for time-sensitive next steps. Those who applied but did not make the list will also receive an official update by email. Organizers noted that the volume of applications makes it impossible to respond to individual inquiries, so founders are encouraged to watch for official communications.
For investors, startup enthusiasts, and founders who may have missed the deadline while building their next idea, the main opportunity now is to attend Disrupt 2026. The event will bring the Startup Battlefield 200 together in person, offering a chance to see the technologies, meet the teams, and get a closer look at the companies that could define the next era of entrepreneurship. Tickets are currently available, and prices will go up in September. Attendees can secure their spot now to make sure they don't miss the early-stage companies that earned a place in this year’s most anticipated startup lineup.
